Project area overview:

The project is located between the two main arteries of Istanbul
TEM from the north and E5 from the south in the European side of Istanbul, which makes it an easily accessible area, as the metrobus line is bordered on one side and the subway line expected to open at the end of 2019 is in the middle of it on the other.

In the recent period, the region has witnessed a remarkable development in terms of the level of services and mega projects established in it. The Esenyurt region contains four cultural centers, a university, many large and distinguished gardens, and a large number of Turkish and international schools.
